1. THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to increase ClinicGrower company revenue by enrolling more clients (medical and aesthetic practices) into one of our proven Practice Growth Programs. Successful candidates will perform as the primary sales contact for potential clients and nurture client relationships from prospecting through to deal closing. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and meet sales targets. You are obsessed with growth! Personal, professional and of course...financial!

NOTE: This position is fully remote, meaning you can work from anywhere. You also have the opportunity to work from or visit our headquarters in Tampa. The sales team here at ClinicGrower is located throughout the United States and Canada, with other team members across the globe.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role):

You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into our successful programs.

Outreach and Prospecting

- Identify and research potential clients.

- Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media.

Nurturing Leads

- Maintain regular follow-up schedules.

- Share insightful content to nurture leads and present the company's expertise.

Closing Deals

- Develop and present tailored proposals.

- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts to meet sales targets.

3. REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies):

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or digital marketing sector.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred but not required).

- Ability to show up READY TO ROCK during core office hours M-F 9AM-6PM EST with flexibility as needed if the sales situation warrants it. 

- Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable. You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others continually. Because true growth involves continuous improvement.

4. RESULTS (Expected Accomplishments):

- Consistent achievement of personal and team sales targets.

- A robust pipeline of nurtured leads converting to signed contracts.

- Positive client feedback and testimonials attesting to excellent service and collaboration.

- Contribution to the growth and positive reputation of ClinicGrower through professional, ethical, and proactive sales strategies.

Base Salary + Commission. Our sales reps make between $4,500/mo-$12,000/mo USD depending on the exact role they’re in (Junior Rep -> Experienced Sales Consultant)
