ROLE
As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will have a strong background in website development, automations, work management / project management softwares and be ready and exciting to help streamline agency processes for optimal efficiencies.
You will be educated on a marketing system platform (GHL or Go High Level) in order to build campaigns, triggers, workflows, tagging system, landing pages, custom values and automations.
This is a core component of your job - we’ll provide additional processes and training to help you get even better. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to troubleshooting WordPress issues, adjustments to web pages through Elementor, updating plug-ins, collecting and responding to help desk items along with creating workflows that integrate directly with client WordPress websites
Regular work with applications such as Asana/Monday/ClickUp Project Management, coordination of technology infrastructure projects, google sheet data analysis, chat support, and email support, Google Drive Organization will be included as well.
Candidates proficient with HTML, CSS & PHO will be eligible to unlock additional compensation levels for custom projects.
To be a successful Systems Integrations Specialist you must excel at paying attention to detail, be process-driven, seek to optimize and improve existing processes where possible, be an excellent communicator and collaborator with internal and external team members to manage and complete projects within specific deadlines.
You love automation and process and you're constantly seeking ways to optimize processes with the power of automation and tracking. Proficient knowledge of HighLevel/GHL, Zapier, Integromat/Make, Website Functions, Analytics and experience managing campaign builds and projects that involve these tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
GHL Campaign Building For New Client Onboarding: We have a semi-automated onboarding process to enable efficient campaign set ups. The SIS will use existing templates and processes to customize new client accounts and campaign builds for new clients including setting up and testing funnels, triggers, campaigns, tag tracking, pipelines.
Manage detailed tasks, and project management systems using Asana / Monday / ClickUp
Loom Video for campaign reviews: Create and send short video updates when building campaigns using a simple, effective format we have created.
Database Reactivation / Broadcast campaigns: Taking contact lists and setting up and managing email and text “database reactivations
Quality Assurance: Testing websites, client funnels, automations and agency systems to ensure everything is working consistently.
Client Technical Support: Be the intermediary between GHL support, our team and our clients. This entails handling and managing support tickets in real-time, until successful resolution.
Clearly communicating: Using Slack, Zoom, Loom and Asana / Monday / ClickUp. Clearly communicate and collaborate with team members
Website design support: A strong knowledge of website domains, SSL certificates and Wordpress websites is important.
Project Management: Using SOPs, Asana / Monday / ClickUp, Slack to manage a variety of technical projects and tasks in a timely manner
Problem Solving: This role involves frequent “putting fires out” related to primarily GHL issues that may occur from Twilio/ Mailgun / Trigger or other issues with WordPress themes, plugins or applications.
Creating Process Flow Maps & Workflows as required and when relevant for project management and process optimization * Creating Forms: Using google forms or GHL to help with automations or to create new automations
Data entry and reporting: Tracking KPIs and ad performance data using Google sheets, formulas
Availability minimum 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday from 7am - 7pm EDT (New York Time)
You must be consistent and reliable to ‘show up’ and take responsibility for setting up and monitoring a growing list of client campaign technical setups.
Continued Learning: You’ll be expected to keep up with the constant changes and evolution of our software platforms including GHL, Twilio, Mailgun, Wordpress.

REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or Systems Operations
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field
Experience in building automation campaigns
Able to work a 40 hour full time schedule including an essential overlap daily availability 7am - 7pm EDT (e.g 7am - 4pm EDT, or 10am - 7pm EDT)
Ability to work under pressing deadlines
Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time effectively. Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to relay ideas clearly
Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
Generally reachable and responsive to Client Inquiries and team members (Slack) during working hours and reasonable response during off-hours
Strict attention to detail and cross checking information before campaigns are submitted for review
Ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions to issues as they arise
Proficiency with Google products: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides (Bonus points for Data Studio)
Bonus / Preferences
Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or Systems Operations is preferred
Practical experience with Go High Level (GHL) and a strong level of proficiency with the tool is preferred
