ROLE

As B2B Marketing Associate, you will be leading key initiatives, projects, and market strategies for our own Agency Marketing Team. Our target market consists of medical and aesthetic practices. The results you will be driving, will be focused on generating leads for our company i.e generating sales calls for our sales team with doctors and practice owners.

Our B2B Marketing Associate will support the aggressive growth of our business by driving traffic, growth and customer leads acquisition from a variety of digital marketing channels/platforms.

In this role, you will get to touch many facets of marketing and operations to drive results in the form of email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, and coordination of various other marketing initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly creative, analytical, proactive, attentive to detail and communicate effectively! You will be joining a team of A-Players with extremely high standards of personal and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage digital marketing plan 

  • Strategize, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across paid digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Email, Direct Mail

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, creative briefing, media buying and tracking, execution, optimization, and post-launch review

  • Development of ad copy and imagery based on best practices and brand guidelines

  • Proactively monitor and own digital marketing results against KPIs/goals/budgets

  • Interact collaboratively with other internal departments to gather input to create digital assets, website, and email content to engage our ideal customer profile (ICP)

  • Assist with website initiatives, create landing pages for promotions and lead generation

  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and collaborating with our SEO implementation team

  • Assisting with promotional activities and events

  • Manage Agency Content calendar to publish content

  • Competitive research

  • Assisting with Podcast promotion and production

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels

  • Strong understanding of the foundational 5P’s of marketing

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Strong research skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Facebook ads experience required. Google AdWords experience is preferred

  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies to drive leads

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, team members, and vendors.

  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. E.g Google Analytics

  • Proficiency with CRM lead management, landing page software marketing automation and reporting tools, e.g  GoHighLevel

  • Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform - Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, Tag Manager and Ad Manager

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing.

RESULTS

  • Collaborate and manage inbound marketing to help increase marketing qualified leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while decreasing cost per lead (CPLs)

  • Quality assurance of marketing and advertising campaigns

  • Performance within predetermined KPIs
